What is it about? – Worum geht es?
MÖVE invites you to join the adventure of a critical roundtrip to the land of pluralist economics. We want to go on a journey with you exploring elements of economics, such as crisis, capitalism, growth, market and many more! In lectures and debates we want to look at the past of economics, shed light on current controversies, and head for a change of course in the economic world.
We want to show all students the facettes and advantages of pluralist economic teaching along with the start of the unique study profile „OEKONOMIKplus“ at Leuphana University. Experts from all faculties and external guests will accompany us on this journey. After the lectures, there is plenty of room for discussion and exchange between presenters and students. In order to appeal to international students too, most lectures are held in English, and during discussions we practice „relaxed bilingualism“.
MÖVE lädt Euch zu einem kritischen Rundflug über die plurale Ökonomik ein. Gemeinsam widmen wir uns im Sommersemester spannenden Vorträgen und Diskussionen über Krise, Kapitalismus, Wachstum, Markt und mehr. Wir reflektieren die Vergangenheit der Ökonomik, tauchen in kontroversen Theorien und nehmen Kurs auf eine Welt im wirtschaftlichen Wandel.
Das Ziel ist es, zum Start des neuen Komplementärprofils „OEKONOMIKplus“ Studierende aller Art für Perspektiven pluraler Lehre und Potentiale der Leuphana zu begeistern. Mit dabei sind Expertisen aus allen Fakultäten und externe Überraschungsgäste. Nach den Vorträgen gibt es viel Raum für Diskussionen und Austausch zwischen Lehrenden und Studierenden. Um auch internationale Studenten anzusprechen, werden die meisten Vorlesungen auf Englisch gehalten, während der Diskussion praktizieren wir „entspannte Zweisprachigkeit“.
How can I participate? – Wie komm ich zur Ringvorlesung?
The lecture series will take place regularly (almost) every Thursday at 6:15 pm from 22 April. Exceptions are the dates on 12.05.2021 and 19.05.2021 which will take place on a Wednesday. Due to the pandemic, we will meet online via Zoom. You don’t need to register, you can just join using the link below or the meeting ID in the sharepic.
Die Ringvorlesung findet regulär ab dem 22. April (fast) jeden Donnerstag um 18:15 Uhr statt. Eine Ausnahme sind die Termine am 12.05.2021 und am 19.05.2021, die an einem Mittwoch stattfinden. Aufgrund der Pandemie treffen wir uns online über Zoom. Eine Anmeldung brauchst du nicht, du kannst einfach mit dem Link unten oder mit der Meeting ID im Sharepic beitreten.
